Brief Bio About Yourself and Your Interest in Quidditch: Well, a friend suggested I read the HP books, so I started them just this summer. Never saw the movies. On book 7 now; definitely a fan. Once I read about Quidditch, I thought up human rules, thinking it'd be a great game to play. I only later found out that it really exists. Thanks to Meetup, here I am.

Wizarding House: um...Idk. I like to call myself either a slytherpuff or a ravenpuff. Kinda depends on my mood.

Favorite Quidditch Position: definitely chaser. Keepers fun too, although I'm pretty bad at it. I wish I had the endurance and skill to be seeker, but alas...

Favorite HP Character: definately bellatrix, but there's like a 50 way tie for second favorite.

Brief Bio About Yourself and Your Interest in Quidditch: I'm a Musical Theatre and Physics major at NYU Tisch (well sort of. Long story...). My life has been pretty crazy for the past four or five years, but (corny moment time) Harry Potter has definately helped me through it all relatively unscathed. I have known aout the IQA for a while, but didn't know there were any community teams, so before a couple months ago I'd never played. The first time I played IQA regulation quidditch was at the deathly hallows expo match a couple months ago. I loved it, and the rest is history.

Where do you live (borough, city, etc.): Jersey City, NJ (But I am NOT a jersey girl, ugh)

Favorite Quidditch Position: Honestly, I like to think of myself as a Utility player; I feel confident playing any Quidditch position. I must admit though, after trying it for the first time, I have a new-found love for Beater.

Favorite HP Character: Luna Lovegood is my favorite because she's such an interesting character & so original. She doesn't let the mean words of others affect her & holds strong to her ideals. She loves her friends & truly appreciates them. I think her calm sencerity is something to be admired.

Brief Bio About Yourself and Your Interest in Quidditch: Hmm, well I'm sort of all over the place but I'm enjoying life & spending time w/ the awesome people I meet along the way. I've worked in sports & entertainment for the past few years & I am currently working for the Brooklyn Cyclones. I also independantly set up a fundraising cause (Raise Your Voice for Autism) and hope to host another fundraiser soon.
Okk, on to Quidditch... I started attending TGTSNBN meetups in January & once I found out about Quidditch I immediately jumped on the opportunity to join. I LOVE playing sports, it's been a part of my life since I was 6yrs old. I felt like a part of the team right from the first practice, even though I only knew about 2 people on the team when I first started. I absolutely love my HP family! <3

Position: I think I like the Chaser spot alot I like to run and score but I love to pass and help other people score too, as much as possible. I have not played beater but I think I would be pretty good at it.

HP Fave: I really like Ron he was scared most of the time but when it mattered most you did not want any other person next to you. I also love Hagrid. I am a big dude...so yeah.

My interest in quidditch is not that big of a surprise as it is something I always thought would be amazing to play, but there were realistic limitations. I went to the Medieval Festival and found out there were other people who thought the same thing and made it into reality! I went to a Medieval Festival and all I got was a turkey leg and an IQA T-Shirt!! That should explain that!!!

oh...I am also a talkative fella but I love to laugh so it is usually funny, funny, well witty....well...somewhat humorous...well Never mind

Been a Blisks supporter since the beginning, but why wouldn't I support my friends & their efforts?! I watched the team grow more & more awesome. They really became a force to be reckoned with. They also deserved & needed cheerleaders. The Fangs are proud to support the first (& as of now only) IQA team badass enough to have a cheerleading squad. RAAAAARR!!!!
